Technical Services

The Technical Services department is focused on giving friendly and prompt service to our customers. We provide fully-supported turnkey solutions for document preparation with our award winning software. Our department is also known for its meticulous attention to detail in the programming and maintenance of our extensive forms library. We provide a wide range of interfaces to loan origination systems, and we have the ability to write custom interfaces for almost any system. Leading our Technical Services department is Glen D. Rieke - Chief Technology Officer . Mr. Rieke graduated from Rice University in Houston, Texas, in 1982. Mr. Rieke has more than 19 years of experience in leading technical initiatives and developing software. Mr. Rieke began his career in technology as a software engineer at a NASA subcontractor. While he worked in the Space Program, Mr. Rieke received numerous awards commending his ability to solve problems through technology solutions – most notably the Silver Snoopy Award. The Silver Snoopy Award is awarded by the astronaut corps to individuals who have made noteworthy accomplishments in improving astronaut safety. This award has been received by fewer than 1% of the NASA workforce. After 10 years of service at NASA and prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Rieke worked for two highly respected and nationally known technology companies in Houston.

Working closely with Mr. Rieke is Joshua Laase, Director of Product Development . Mr. Laase has been working in the technology field for 12 years. Mr. Laase is responsible for all software development within the Firm. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Laase worked for several leading technology companies in Houston, including NetIQ, PentaSafe Technologies, and PowerBrief Inc. Mr. Laase specializes in software development, database design, and system architecture and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.
