Our Compliance department monitors all applicable laws and investor guidelines to ensure that the documents, loan packages, and loan programs used by our clients are 100% compliant.

Our Compliance and Technical Services departments will work closely with you to ensure the integrity and consistency of your documents. Equipped with the latest in hardware and software technology, our programmers are able to quickly and efficiently implement modifications and new loan programs resulting from growth and policy or regulatory changes. The nimbleness of our software gives our clients the ability to immediately react, be the first in line, and capture profits before their competition.

Our software system provides Section 32 analysis and error reporting. We represent and warrant that matters of state and federal regulatory compliance will be carefully monitored. As a value added service, literature describing relevant issues is distributed to our clients on a regular basis.
