We will assist you in clearing all post-closing/pre-purchase conditions made by the final investor.

Trailing Documents

We define "trailing documents" as the following:

• Final title policy
• Recorded security instrument
• Applicable recorded assignments

We maintain an internal tracking system of all outstanding trailing documents in connection with each shipped loan package. We can deliver this summary to you at the end of every business day, if you so desire.

We will use reasonable best efforts to obtain outstanding trailing documents from settlement agents and county recorders' offices. A detailed definition of "Best Efforts" can be provided upon request.
