Production
Our Production department is overseen by Debbie Scaglione, Production Manager. Reporting directly to Debbie
are Jaclyn Chabala and Rita Riojas, our two Production supervisors.
Jaclyn joined us in 1993, and she has many years of experience in the preparation
of closing documents for residential mortgage loans. Rita has been with us since 1991, and
she has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry, including significant experience in document quality control.
Most of our production services are performed at our home office in Houston. However, a significant portion of our business is performed by the
90+ employees we have onsite with our various clients. Providing onsite employees to our clients has proven to be an invaluable tool, as
our knowledgeable and customer service-focused employees have become an integral part of
our clients' operations.
