Speedy delivery of the closed loan package to the final investor is crucial, and with our efficient time-tested methods of handling closed loan packages, you can rest-assured that your files will arrive on time!

Upon receipt of the loan closing package from the settlement agent, our shipping department will separate the collateral documents to create a folder for delivery to you or your warehouse bank. Complete closing packages received from the settlement agent in the morning before noon Central Time will be shipped the same day. If you or your warehouse bank requires the collateral file to be shipped directly from the settlement agent, we will contact you or your warehouse bank by telephone to confirm the receipt of the collateral file.

We will arrange the remaining closing documents in the investor-specific stacking order and forward such documents to the investor by overnight delivery service, using your account your preferred carrier. A detailed chronological report can also be provided upon request.
